New update: 1.3.1

Hello
I'm here with another update, this one includes bug fixes and stability improvements to help you have a fun experience playing the game!
List of detailed changes:

• Added a reload button in the online leaderboard section
• Fixed Trianger name in "more..." section of stats
• Added SilentWolf to credits
• Fixed terrorist dropping item after exploding into the player
• Fixed slider being editable in online leaderboard section
• Added damage system
• Project moved from Godot 4.1.1 to Godot 4.1.2
