0.4.0 Update

Hey!

I said I'm not gonna update the game until next month, but I lied!
My friends got to know the game and really enjoyed playing it, so I got motivated to fix some bugs and add some long requested features.
Another reason for this update is that my friends played the game so much they encountered some new bugs that I didn't know about their existence. So I got to work to patch them and added some other features along the way.

Here is the complete list of bug fixes and feature implementations:

1. Added + and - key shortcuts to Roulette
2. Press R to Roll in Roulette
3. Press F to Fold and Shift to Action(Call, Check, Bet...) in Poker
4. Fixed "Total Bet:" label not updating when roulette wheel stops rolling
5. Fixed "Total Bet:" label not updating when hslider is being dragged by the user
6. The "You won" label is now yellow with black shadow in Roulette
7. Player now can't leave Roulette table when the wheel is still spinning as doing so will result in losing the whole bet
8. Player is now alerted when trying to leave a Poker table mid-game as doing so will result in a loss
9. The game now waits for Player's signal to start the next Poker round
10. Fixed a fatal bug not identifying "Straight Flush" hands in Poker
11. Roulette wheel base rotation is now based of Delta so higher FPS doesn't mean faster animation anymore
12. The "CASINOHOLIC" title color change speed is now based of Delta for the same reason
13. Added "help" section with a question mark as an icon in the main menu to list every key shortcut in the game
14. The game script is now using enums for cleaner code
