0.3.0 Update

Oh hi!

Let's get straight to the point.
I have added ROULETTE to the game!

Finally the game now has more than just one game.
I rushed in finishing the update before the exams start. So bugs are certainly expected.
And also it is the "European Roulette" which means it only has one zero. This update includes some minor improvements as well:

1. Fixed a rare bug happening when loading Trianger save data
2. Added version system, so from now on we only use the x.y.z version system, in which x = 0 means Early Access and x > 0 means the game is in it's release state and is stable
3. FPS scene is now global
4. Less RAM usage
